In response to God’s call to justice, the Inner City Christian Federation provides housing opportunities and services that encourage family responsibility and independence, thereby helping to build stable communities

Three core values guide and sustain everything at ICCF.  In their simplicity we find the transforming vision to which God has called us.

ICCF believes all persons are created in God’s image and exist in the light of his love. In response, each resident, staff member, director and all whom we serve shall be treated with respect.

ICCF expects responsibility and initiative from those we serve. We encourage the pursuit of opportunities to build skills and acquire new abilities that will increase housing independence and promote other life accomplishments.

All ICCF housing shall be designed to complement surrounding architectural character, affirming personal dignity and inspiring neighborhood pride. Our housing shall be sustainably designed and constructed with high quality materials and workmanship to help assure long term affordability.

Vision Statement

We believe that decent housing is a basic human need and an important building block for families and communities.  ICCF provides high quality, affordable housing and services for those who would not otherwise have this opportunity.  In doing so, ICCF works with others toward the realization of a healthy, vibrant community in which people of all walks of life are treated with respect and dignity and have the opportunity to grow and thrive.

Identity Statement

The Inner City Christian Federation is a non-profit corporation whose leadership is motivated, and programs shaped by: its belief that all people deserve safe, clean, affordable housing, its response to God’s desire that it seek justice in its communities, its grateful response to the saving love of Jesus Christ, and its desire to have others see His love in action.
