The statements represent the combined results of the Inner City Christian Federation(ICCF) and the Inner City Christian Federation Nonprofit Housing Corporation. ICCF has audited financial statements prepared annually for the fiscal year ended May 31 which are available upon request. In 1992 and 1995, ICCF established two separate companies - Pleasant-Prospect Homes (PPH-1) and Pleasant-Prospect Homes II (PPH-2) respectively, for the purpose of providing low income rental units. Each of these separate companies owns and manages thirty rental units. Both PPH-1 and PPH-2 have audited financial statements for the aears ended December 31, 2004 and previous.
