ICCF’s home inspection service
ICCF offers home inspections in English and Spanish for any prospective homeowner. A thorough home inspection will reveal the condition of your potential home. Clients are encouraged to accompany the inspector so they see the home’s condition firsthand. Our inspector takes the time to go over the final report with clients in detail to ensure they understand it.
The standard inspection fee for single-family homes is $250. A discount is available for first-time homebuyers. Call for details.
