When families first enter the HOPE program they go through a 2-part series called Introduction to Home Ownership. From there families can participate in a number of programs depending on what obstacles they face before they can become a homeowner. For example, qualified families can enter the Lease/Purchase program where they can lease an ICCF built home for 2 years. After completeing all of the program requirements, they go on to purchase their homes with 2/3rds of their lease payments being applied to the purchase.

ICCF's Home Ownership program is the largest in the state of Michigan and offers a vast array of services that assist over 900 families on the road to home ownership each year. ICCF program participants have great success in reaching their housing goals, but the real results are in stronger families, safer children, revitalized neighborhoods and restored hope.
